    Exercise to the point of complete and total muscle fatigue - that’s one of the only things that works for my own insomnia (not that I’m so great about getting it done).

    In truth, I end up using Klonapin (per my Doc) most of the time, but hard physical exercise seems to result in my best sleep overall.
