lately sleep is not coming naturally, or i have really weird sleep patterns, like waking up earlier than normal or stuff like that.
are there any natural herbs/spices that can actually cure insomnia I've heard of chamomile tea, but some more advice is much appreciated ^^ thank yooo
im gonna have to get some melatonin :)

I've heard that valerian root works pretty well, but I've always personally been a fan of melatonin.

Melatonin worked better for me than any prescription sleeping pills, and, because it's a naturally-occuring human hormone, I feel more comfortable taking it, and it doesn't leave me with any kind of a "hangover" the next morning.

There is a bedtime bless tea (forget who makes it), but lavender scents will help.

Ditto for melatonin which helps me fall asleep - but I take some 5HTP as well which keeps me asleep. Here are some insomnia treatment tips: http://www.alprazolam.org/stre.....tment.html

I work night shift so I know exactly what you're going through…

I used to take diphenhydramine, but after a few pills it doesn't work anymore and it leaves you with a LOUSY HANGOVER.

Then I tried chamomile tea and… please… it doesn't put you to sleep at all….

Then I stumbled across Melatonin… It gave me the best sleep I've ever had, I woke up feeling totally refreshed

Weed also helps me an awful lot, it helps me GET to sleep and melatonin makes me have a deep sleep
