Its not so much insomnia, its anxiety, if you cant stop thinking. what you can do to get more sleep is take a warm bath within 2 hours of bedtime, avoid caffiene products about 3 hours before bed, and drinking a glass of milk before bed.

For the past few years I've suffered with the same problem. I never wanted to resort to taking pills because of the fear of the side effects. I found a solution for me and it has worked wonders. Reading. I go and buy books that I can't seem to put down after reading for a good hour or so I'm so tired I can barely hold my eyes open. You may want to try this, it can't hurt.

I use to have a problem with that, too. What I did was turn on music, so I could fall asleep listening to it… or I turned on the TV, and it helps me stop thinking and focus on the show. Then i fall asleep from that. Or you can read a good book, that usually does the trick..
if nothing works at all, i would suggest seeing a doctor for professional help. Other than that, I hope the insomnia stops! Good luck!

problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
