i have had insomnia …
i have had insomnia for over 20 years. after giving up from doctors, i started to self medicate. i started with one low dosage pill. eventually it lead to several kinds of high dosage pills. 4 years ago, i was detoxed from benzo and opies. ever since then, i have been deprived of sleep. i tried all kinds of pills in the market. however, nothing seems to work for me. at the moment, i am on klonopin, dyhpenhydremine, and elevil. it seems to work, however, i don’t want to take klonopin any more.
