Friday Rap Up for March 28, 2008. I really haven’t been able to fall asleep when I want to lately. I used to blame school and other stress in my life, but now I’m on spring break. So I don’t know what the problem is. HELP!!

chamomile, … chamomile, echinecia, & peppermint tea, preferably from Whole Foods, the self-serve section of teas & you’ll need a strainer to put to loose tea in or they have teabags where you iron one side closed. i feel ya on the topic!!!

I think insomnia is … I think insomnia is from stressin out and having a lot on your mind. Maybe try to eleviate the stress a little. Easier said than done. Dope rhymes..as always. Peace.

Put your fan the … Put your fan the slowest speed,wrap up and put the radio on really low.Ensure your room is pitch dark and you’ll sleep off.If that doesn’t work, do a physical sports session in da evenings.When you get home, you’ll sleep quick.You could also eat a massive meal as another option.
