Since sleeping pills failed me, I started researching a variety of different things that help cure insomnia both permanently and for when you’re actually trying to go to sleep. 

I was really getting into it around the same time I was really getting into blogging, and it occurred to me when reading Yaro’s blueprint that it’s far better to blog with what you’re most passionate about… and I got all the “how-to’s” on curing insomnia.

I’ve been taking the last week to build up my poorly written overview into a video intro and a step-by-step quick-guide, and over time as I link blog posts together it’ll be a full, extensive, free master guide to sleep.
