How to Figure Out What Sleeping Problem you have:
It’s easiest to do this by the process of elimination.
1. Your brain won’t stop talking - you suffer from “chatter”.
2. You have the tendency to wake up repeatedly during the night.
3. You wake up before you should.
4. You suffer from periodic leg movement or restless legs syndrome.
5. You can’t fall asleep.
6. You have anxiety or are tense when trying to go to sleep.
7. You suffer from light, fragmented sleep.
8. You snore a lot or suffer from light apnea.
9. You have chronic pain or fibromyalgia.
10. You’ve got menstral cycle issues.
If you feel that you get low quality sleep, or early morning insomnia, you should try working on your life choices and brain entrancement.
If you suffer from anxiety or chatter, I recommend looking into meditation first and formost… then try life choices and brain entrancement.
If you can’t fall asleep at night, instead of recommending the typical sleeping pills, I recommend brain entrancement because it’s proven to work for more people and is a permanent solution. There’s an 80% chance that you most likely can’t fall asleep due to “anti-sleep” life choices.
If you suffer from restless legs syndrome, I recommend this guide on RLS. You can also read my 8 Tips for Fighting Restless Legs Syndrome. Meditation and Brain Entrancement are also strategies that help people deal with RLS.
If you have sleep apnea, here’s something you can try. I have no other advice for sleep apnea.
If you’re suffering from hormonal issues, you can try using my guide on “How To Find Natural Cures For Insomnia that WORK For YOU“, but I haven’t researched this problem individually. You could try looking up sleep tips to give you the extra dozers you need to fall asleep.
I talk more about these solutions and how to use them on my extensive guide. Try and find the solution within this guide, and you may get my best advice about it, discounts on popular Natural Sleeping Aids, and even a link to a page made just about how to use the solution that will help you feel well rested. Make sure to consider the other things causing your sleeping problem, too.
Despite which category you fall under, there’s several things influencing your sleep.
