I found a new way of using the Insomnia Onion Cure, so I’ve updated this to show you both methods. There’s a lot of little cures like this one, and they exist because SOME CURES WORK FOR SOME PEOPLE… even the insomnia onion cure.

This may make your eyes water a little.

The Insomnia Onion Cure:

  1. Slice an onion up and put the pieces in a jar
  2. Before going to sleep, sniff the contents in the jar (longer is better)
  3. Put the jar back on the shelf and you should fall asleep within 15 minutes.

The Insomnia Onion Cure Method 2:

  1. Cut up 50 grams of onion very finely.
  2. Thoroughly boil about 1 liter of water, and then remove it from the heat and insert the onion.
  3. Give it around 5 minutes, or enough time for the water to cool completely.
  4. Take 1 teaspoon of this water, and add 5 drops of honey to it.  Drink this, and it should ensure a good sleep at night.
