Exciting, exciting, EXCITING new cures for insomnia coming VERY SOON!!
I’ve been reading two new books that have a lot to say about the sources of GENERAL INSOMNIA. This is DIVIDING the current “Life Choices” section of my guide with totally new information that I think is majorly the “missing piece”. If you live a busy lifestyle, THIS is the information you need. Don’t even bother with the “sleep cycle” shtuff - that won’t help overreactive minds.
A whole handful of new techniques are coming, and how to use them, along with the new section.
Also, by the end of the week I’ll be finishing the “How to Meditate” guide, though it won’t be that much more information from the current guide in this post.
I’ll also be adding more diagnostics to the guide in general, explaining in more detail what kinds of insomnia problem each element addresses.
Should be an exciting week as I release the “Guide 2.0″, and there’s definately new “cures for insomnia” to look forward to.

There is a lot of talk lately about causes, links and dire consequences for disturbed sleep habits. Unfortunately some of it is ‘fuzzy’ reporting or questionable internal logic. “Links” are by no means causal; they are statistical associations. Even the most widely acknowledged insomnia cause, STRESS is not relevant to those who are able to ‘not let things bother them’. It is internal obsessive fretting that keeps our bodies over stimulated. For a habitual worrier almost anything can become a trigger. The only person whom I have found to address this truth directly and practically is Dr. Siegfried Haug in his book: I Want to Sleep – Unlearning Insomnia
Jane recommended this book earlier. Dr. Haug is right on with his information. If you need help with your insomnia - especially if you haven’t been able to figure out the cause of your insomnia - you need to read this book.
