So, the bad news is that the video is taking longer than expected. I want to make it high quality - explaining things effectively with pictures and the whole deal, without wasting the viewers time. I’m really big on respecting the people that actually listen to me.

I’ll be working on the rest of this post when the video comes out, and my goal is to lay out some more of my research every day after the video is done. I will go in depth about the sleep cycle and how sunlight and exercise affect it, and then I’ll start explaining how meditation will help you go to sleep and specifically how to go from meditating to a creative state.

I didn’t talk about water very much, but among Cures For Insomnia, this one ranks high. It’s important. The minimum you should be drinking is about 8 cups a day (measured by unit, not by what I think a cup is). You can still drink soda, but the healthier you are generally speaking the more it will help you sleep.
Really intense exercise for about 30 minutes should do it, but depending on how hard you work yourself, you should spend at least 1 - 2 hours being active spread across your day as best you can.
Your body responds to drastic changes. If you put a lot into lifestyle cures for insomnia, as a quick and drastic lifestyle change, you might just fix your sleeping problem right away.
