well, I don’t have a huge problem getting to sleep, but it takes less time, if i listen to sleep frequencies before bed, and I get a deep sleep, and I require less sleep as a result, and I feel good in the morning..so even if you just want a better sleep, I would recommend it to anyone…most people do not achieve Stage 4 REM sleep, which is important..

I can’t even really describe how I feel in the morning, the best I could describe how I feel in the morning, is I feel like I’m wide awake, like I’m not groggy , as if I have been awake for a little bit, you just need to give it a try really, people can speculate all the want, and make false umptions, but until they actually try it…they don’t really know..
believe me I get a lot of people that say “That’s stupid” and they haven’t even tried it!!

I already watched all of them. Im really dizzy and cant breath, and confused. I get a feeling like somethin bad is going to happen, but not as much now as the dizziness n confusion. I took a pill called seroquel which is what i think mixed up the chemicals in my brain, after it wore off this started happening, its been happening for 3 months since. I dont want to take the 1mg Ativan because I heard it will make it worse in the long run but I don’t want it to get worse either. What should I do?

I suffer from extreme insomnia. sleeping for 4 hours and staying up for at least 38 hours straight. i don’t know how long it’s been since i last woke up, but it’s been DAYS. and now i feel a little bit more tired now. but i must say, there ARE benefits to insomnia. do you know what it’s like to see the sun set AND rise 3 times without sleeping? very exhilarating. thank you
