In my opinion, the best insomnia cure is brain entrainment, because when you cant go to sleep, it’s always due to a chemical imbalance.

Brain entrainment refers causing a slowdown of neurotic activity; which roughly translated to english, means, “It guides the chemical framework of your mind into sleep”.

Even if you’re kept awake because of sharp pain, the pain causes a chemical imbalance in your brain, which results in you not being able to fall asleep.

Of course, it IS the pain keeping you awake - but brain entrainment will help your brain fall asleep better NO MATTER WHAT.

It can do 1 of 2 things:  Literally train your brain to fall asleep naturally (over time), or causes your brain frequency to lower into sleep (puts you to sleep).

This works the same way music works to create rhythm in our brain.  You listen to a pulsing sound that triggers slower and slower brainwaves, emulating the pulse of sleep.  Because of the trance like approach of this cure, I like to call this brain entrancement.

There are a few brain entrainment programs you can get:

  • Sleeptracks: This is the most effective brain entrancement program to date.  With the highest rate of success, a sleep-optimization program that trains you what you can do during the day to get a better sleep at night, and using the newest technology including hypnotic effects, this is the best insomnia cure I can recommend.
  • SleepWiz: This does the same thing as sleep tracks, but is a little cheaper, and thus, easier on your wallet.

You can learn more about what brain entrainment is and the science behind it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brainwave_synchronization

“Binatural Beats” are the most common brain entrainment technology on the market.  I don’t recommend using this technology to fall asleep - it’s outdated.

One Response to “Brain Entrainment”

  1. I’ve been experimenting with brain entrainment too and like you have found it to be an excellent aid for insomnia. In the 2 months that I have been using brainwave entrainment, I’ve experienced the best nights’ sleep for 10 years!
