I think the best cure for insomnia (other than learning loads about sleep) is brain entrainment, because the new technology involved literally teaches your brain to fall asleep.

I’ve been experimenting with brain entrainment too and like you have found it to be an excellent aid for insomnia. In the 2 months that I have been using brainwave entrainment, I’ve experienced the best nights’ sleep for 10 years!

I am just curious at this point - but I’m really really tired. Its been 6 months since I had anything resembling sleep of a natural variety. I wake up constantly through the night - I know its hormones (menopause) and wonder if entrainment would make a difference?
