From the following questions, choose the area that is most likely causing you insomnia.  Insomnia is usually not caused by just 1 thing, so you might want to read through each of the following, working your way from most-probable causes to least-probable causes:

How much sunlight, exercise, water, and nutrients do you get on daily basis?

-I feel like I’ve got these covered.

-Maybe not.  Tell me more.

Do you have stressful or intensive days?

-I’m fairly relaxed in day-by-day life.

-It’s possible that I’m too caught up in my problems; I feel somewhat wired at night.

-Anxiety could be behind my sleeping problem.

Do you have a lot of stimulants (caffeine, nicotine, alcohol), especially in the hours before bed time?

-No; except for the occasional cup of coffee or beer.

-It’s possible… tell me more.

Do you have any of the following things keeping you awake?

-I’m kept awake by hormonal problems.

-I’m kept awake by restlessness in my legs.

-I’m kept awake by breathing issues, or I’m woken up by my own snoring.

-I’m kept awake by chronic pain and / or fibromyalgia.

-Something else is keeping me awake.

Still unhelpful? Tell me about it!
